For The Fallen Dreams have released the new track “My Anthem – Like Symphony” which comes from their upcoming album “Back Burner” due out in May.
More details have emerged about Soundwave Revolution. The tour will start in Brisbane on Saturday 24th September and will be held at RNA Showgrounds, Sydney will be held on Sunday 25th September, Melbourne Friday 30th September, Adelaide Saturday 1st October and Perth Monday 3rd October. All venues except for Brisbane are different from Soundwave Festival 2011. The full lineup, all dates and venues will be announced on April 28th. We can expect tickets to go on sale mid May and be around the same cost as Soundwave Festival 2011.

Machine Head have released a behind the scenes look at the making of their new album. They are finishing writing new material and will enter the studio later this week to begin recording.
Chimaira‘s drummer Andols Herrick is the latest member to announce his departure from the band. Keyboardist/programmer Chris Spicuzza and bassist Jim LaMarca also recently left the band. Guitarist’s Rob Arnold and Matt DeVries are both playing in Six Feet Under.
Despite the departures Chimaira have a new album recorded and will be ready for release later this year.

Devin Townsend Project is set to release two albums in June titled “Deconstruction” and “Ghost” which will complete the 4 album concept started in 2009 with albums “Addicted” and “Ki“.
Deconstruction will feature several guest musicians including; Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth, Bloodbath), Ihsahn (Emperor), Tommy Rogers (Between The Buried And Me), Joe Duplantier (Gojira), Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan), Floor Jansen (After Forever, Revamp), Oderus Urungus (Gwar), Paul Masvidal (Cynic) and Fredrik Thordendal (Meshuggah).
