Carcass have released a b-side track from their latest release “Surgical Steel”. The track is titled “Zochrot”. Check out the track at this location.
Deftones have released their new video for the track “Romantic Dreams”. The song comes from the bands latest release “Koi No Yokan”. Band front man Chino Moreno said the following:
“When we started this record cycle, we decided that we didn’t want to make any videos whatsoever. They’re not much fun to make and they usually turn out pretty corny. But this was an idea that we were interested in because we’re all very keen skateboarders and we like the idea of marrying one of our songs to someone as talented as Jason Park.”
Mastodon are heading back to the studio in November to record their upcoming album.
“Mastodon has been busy jamming everyday writing and arranging the next studio album. we have quite a few songs and ideas that are taking some time to nail down what we think will make it to the next full length. there will be no more touring this year, we will hit the studio in November to hopefully finish by the end of year.”

Megadeth have released a trailer for their upcoming live DVD “Countdown To Extinction: Live”, which was filmed at Los Angeles in 2012 on the bands 20th anniversary tour of their infamous album “Countdown To Extinction”. The DVD is set for a September 24 release.
