As I Lay Dying‘s Tim Lambesis has been hit hard again with a new 2 million dollar civil lawsuit being filed against him in early August from his ex-wife Meggan Lambesis which she claims is for emotional distress, medical expenses, punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
This is on top of the charge of solicitation of another to commit murder after Lambesis hired an undercover police officer posing as a hitman to murder Meggan. As mentioned previously Lambesis is set to appear court for a readiness conference on January 15.
