Rob Zombie has recently mentioned in an interview with Louder Noise that he has plans to release a new album in 2016, which has already been completed.
“Well the record is done and it’ll probably come out in March, because what I wanna do is I wanna do a very large visual component to go with the record—shoot thirteen videos, or shoot a movie go with it. And because of ‘31‘, I couldn’t get to that yet. So I’m gonna do that probably in January, so we’ll put it out soon after that.”
“I love it. I mean, I really like the record. The last record was my favorite record in a long time. ‘Cause I had kind of hit a low with making records. It just kind of got boring; I hated being in the studio, and I kind of got reinspired on the last record. And this sort of follows up on it.
So I think that, much like ‘31‘… You just have those things in your career where you’re, like, they all can’t be the best one. With records, sometimes you have those moments where you can tell, ‘This one’s special.’ And that’s how it feels.”
Strife have announced they will be releasing a new EP titled “Incision” on September 04 which includes guest appearances from Iggor Cavalera (Cavalera Conspiracy/ex-Soulfly) on drums, plus Ringworm vocalist Human Furnance and ex-Integrity guitarist Aaron Melnick.
The EP was produced by Terror drummer Nick Jett and will be released though Strife guitarist Andrew Kline‘s label WAR Records with the EP due on 12″ vinyl, CD, digital and cassette formats.
Kline said of the new EP:
“Over the years, I have become more and more disillusioned with the record labels that we have dealt with. I funded the last record myself, and produced all of the marketing content on my own. I feel like I have the understanding and know how to do a better job, and do things on my own terms. I am very excited to see my first release into fruition.”
Cattle Decapitation are currently streaming their new album “The Anthropocene Extinction”. which features guest appearances from Philip H. Anselmo of Down/ex-Pantera, etc. fame, Author & Punisher and Jurgen Bartsch of Bethlehem.
A walk through of each track can also be found over at Loudwire.
The album is currently set for release through Metal Blade Records on August 07.
TesseracT have released a new track titled “Messenger”.
The song comes from the bands upcoming album “Polaris” which is set for release on September 28.
Vocalist Dan Tompkins said of the song:
“The concept of our new album, Polaris is simple; it is about the transient nature of universal truth. There is no such thing as an absolute fixed human concept that will forever be the truth. Perhaps that is a message most of us can’t or don’t want to listen to butMessenger highlights an ever growing awakening from the onslaught of the social conditioning we’re exposed to everyday from the media. The truth constantly obscured and the public subdued by ‘Casting fear into doubt’”

Aborted have revealed they plan to begin the recording process for their next release later this year.
“2014 and 2015 have been insanely busy years for Aborted. The Necrotic Manifestomarked the most intensive touring cycle the band ever had, we played every continent on the globe and met some great people along the way. Things haven’t been quiet in our camp since and we will continue to bring you some more gore ridden metal! That’s right we have begun writing the follow up to The Necrotic Manifesto, we will begin recording by the end of the year, so expect a release by spring time 2016. We have some BIG surprises planned for the record, more about that later…
We will continue our onslaught doing headline tours in South Africa, Egypt and Israel before the end of the year and a handful of very exclusive european shows so if you want to see us destroy things, come on say what’s up before the year is over! Death metal has never been so alive in our hearts and we would like to thank each and every one of you who came out to a show in the last couple years, bought an album or a shirt and supports the band in any way, we could not be doing this without you! Here’s a pretty sweet guitar play through for all you shredders out there!”
