Faith No More have finally released their new track “Superhero”.

The track is included on the bands upcoming album “Sol Invictus”which is to be released on May 19.

Faith No More Reveal Album Title + Release Date

Faith No More have announced that their upcoming album will be titled “Sol Invictus” and will see a release on May 19 through Reclamation Records.

Faith No More Release First Single Since 1997

Faith No More have released the new track “Motherfucker”, their first release since 1997. A limited edition 7″ will be issued for the track on November 28 with a digital single available on December 09.

Keyboardist Roddy Bottum has had the following to say:

“It feels apt that the first track we’re releasing is ‘Motherfucker,’ a song about accountability.” Basically we’ve created, recorded and mixed a new body of work by ourselves and we’re releasing it on our own label. It’s a huge deal for us to only have ourselves to answer to at this point in our career and the song is about that, where the buck stops via the basic imagery of foie gras production, bondage… y’know, stuff like that.”
