Details for their fifth annual “Revolver Golden Gods Awards” have been announced. This years awards will take place at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, CA on May 02 with Fozzy front man Chris Jericho hosting the event, and will be broadcast through AXS TVand online through Xbox Live and Facebook.
Artists scheduled to perform at the event include Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch, Anthrax, Stone Sour, The Dillinger Escape Plan and Halestorm with more to be confirmed.
Rob Zombie will accept this years “The Golden God Award”. Metallica will be honoured with the “The Ronnie James Dio Lifetime Achievement Award”. And Black Sabbath‘s Tony Iommi will be presented with the “The Riff Lord Award”. More details regarding the awards ceremony can be found at Revolvermag.com.
