Tim Lambesis has had his bail dropped to 2 million USD after the As I Lay Dying front man attended his granted bail hearing not long ago. This was well short of what they had hoped for of $250,000 USD.
During the hearing it was made clear by his lawyer, Thomas Warwick, that Lambesis had become involved in steroid usage which was said to have been clouding his judgement.
Prosecutor Claudia Grasso also added that the undercover informant—who was described as actually being an undercover detective—had told Lambesis that the hit on his wife would cost $20,000 which Lambesis “was very willing to pay”.
