As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis has again pleaded not guilty at his arraignment hearing which was held on on November 11. It has been said that January 15 will be the date for a readiness conference in the ongoing case. If the case is not resolved by a potential plea deal/agreement then a potential March 11 trial date is being looked at.
Lambesis was arrested in May 2013 for the attempted murder for hire against his then wife Meggan Lambesis.
