Alesana have signed a new deal with Artery Recordings to release their upcoming EP “The Decade” which is set for release on April 01. Band front man Shawn Milke had the following to say:
“Hello everyone! As many of you know we are planning on completing our trilogy very soon, but until then, we figured why wait to put out new music? We are proud to announce that we will be releasing an EP through our good friends at Artery Recordings entitled The Decade EP. In honor of Alesana having been a band for 10 years, we decided it was time to take a small break from our storytelling and write some songs about us and our experiences together as a band for the last decade: the good, the bad, the ugly, and the insane. For those of you curious about Annabel, have no fear, she will be back. But for now, let’s just crank some good old fashioned rock and fucking roll! “
